What are the Sessions Like?
Therapy sessions are easy, pain free, and enjoyable. All you need to do is sit near the machine and relax! The machine emits a noise, so most people find it's more pleasant to listen to music during therapy or use foam earplugs.
You can read, catch up on emails, work on your computer, or even catch a nap!
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but 30 and 90 minute sessions are available. Some chronic conditions are benefited by longer sessions.
Based on research and client testimonials, inflammation and pain are typically reduced after only one to five sessions. Many chronic health conditions will benefit from more sessions in the initial phase of treatment but will typically be transitioned to a maintenance therapy program after several months of treatment.
